Red Ant is not responsible for troubleshooting or resolving MDM-related problems, as our focus is on ensuring that the apps and services we provide function as intended once installed and accessed by end-users.

This will help ensure a quicker resolution to the issue, as they have direct access to the MDM platform and can offer tailored support specific to your setup.
