Please use the Sign in option situated on the top right-hand corner of your screen to easily check the progress of your ticket at any time or to chase, or escalate a ticket.
If you have emailed us, but don't yet have access - you can register by clicking 'get a password' option and follow the on-screen instructions
- Enter your email address and follow the onscreen instructions
- Check your Inbox for an email from Zendesk and click the link to create a password and sign in
- Enter your name and create a password
